Application Process

1. Continuous dyeing (cushion-steam)
Usual dosage of the brightener: 1.0~2.0 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide (35%): 20~50 g/L
Stabilizer: 5~10 g/L
Scouring agent: 2~5 g/L
Sodium hydroxide (flaky): 10~20 g/L
Whitening degree: 80%
Temperature: 100℃ (saturated steam)
Time: 5min

2. General pad dyeing
Usual dosage of the brightener: 0.1~2.0% (owf)
Information: 50 g/L sodium sulfate (or sodium chloride)
Temperature: 40~100℃
Time: 20~40 min
Bath ratio: 1:20~1:40
